Resetting a Velux DSL solar blind that is down and remote not paired

I've just fitted 2 Velux DSL solar blinds. I followed the instructions to pair the remotes but pressed a wrong button and now have a blind stuck in the down position so I can't access the reset button.

Any ideas how I reset the blind to repair?

Call Velux, they are extremely helpful and will talk you through it on the phone.

I've solved this now. If you watch what the guy does at the start of this video (link below). He tilts the mechanism and moves it manually which then allows access to the reset button.
