Hi
I have a dinning table to restore, I sanded the extension plank ro see which direction to go, I applied clear oil to 2 boards and part of one edge, photo of table and extension part below. I need a darker oil/stain to get a good match.
What do you guys recommend? Off the shelf tinted oil like Osmo 3071 Honey? Or water based matching stain first then clear oil? Or else?

Ronseal IMO offer good water-based stains. Follow your choice with a decent wax or oil and you should end up with a good and durable table(y)
