Yes it is publicly available but it contains the name of the surveyor who did the drawing and also the address of the property. It is why I am reluctant to send it to you. However I have already provided in my posts all material evidence which are in this plan

It's a shame then that we're all too thick to understand what your problem is after (counts) 115 posts.

Probably not, but as I'm not a regular attendee here I'm not bothered by the OPs persistent lunacy, and it's quite handy to be able to dip in and out every few months to have a laugh at his new nonsense.
