hi, planning to construct a retaining sleeper wall with patio 13m wide x 4m out x 1.1m high

I have all the materials ready waiting (tonnes of hardcore, jumbo bags of sand, ballast, sleepers, slabs etc)

I'm a confident DiYer but may call on someone more competent for this one as I've only ever worked with decking & blocks.

What would you expect very approximately the labour would cost for this job to prep the base, trench, concrete, construct the sleeper wall backfill etc, and then lay the slabs (Indian sandstone).

I was thinking of constructing the wall with 4"x4" posts & lay the sleepers 200mm up (rather than 100mm up), secured with 250mm coach bolts.

How many days would you guess for this?

I'm also concerned about drainage, considering its a pretty large area, of course the patio will have a slight fall away from the house but once the water hits the sleepers then what? There will be a 2m wide slope in the middle of the patio leading down on to the lawn, so some water would run down this but I don't think this is sufficient. Gravel around the perimeter?

Cheers
