Hi, I am about to fix 12.5mm Knauf Soundboard plasterboard to C24 50x100mm studding, for a bathroom.
I read about this item (Reverse Thread Drywall screws):
http://www.screwfix.com/p/easydrive-black-reverse-thread-drywall-35mm-pk1000/39263?_requestid=316224
So far I have been using these to fix to timber (Twin Thread Drywall):
http://www.screwfix.com/p/phosphate...5-x-38mm-pack-of-1000/12984?_requestid=316578
Are the Reverse Drywall Screws a luxury or necessity, especially around a door opening.
Thanks[/url]
