Ring Final Zs question

I think the plug top test lead could be at fault, possibly open cct on Neutral.

The meggar uses the 3 lead test for non trip efli measurement and I know if the neutral croc clip comes disconnected during the test the display reads trip.

The non trip test applies 20A L-N and 15mA to earth.
