Risco lightsys enter to programming menu issue

Hello.
I have Risco lightsys with an error: "tamper UO4" but nothing connected to UO4 and I didn't now what caused this issue. With this error I can't to arm system and even go to programming menu.
There is anyway to reset this tamper flag or even the whole system reset?
I tried to set pin to bypass intern and extern tamper but without any success.
