Am I looking for this board? I have two separate systems linked to 1 ,

Main house seems to work fine

The outbuilding panel and key pad which is showing please wait…

Shall I access the the panel in the main house?

main panel at last.

the keypad has to get the information from here, so i would be looking at how the keypad is wired back to the panel in the first instance.

you can power cycle the panel completely, battery off, mains off battery on mains on and see what sequence the keypad goes through.

So I just done that and the keypad at the main house reset asking for date and time

Went back to the out building and it still saying please wait…

Yes

Main house with the main board and 1 key pad

Outbuilding with another board (first pictures) and keypad

one is working and the other isnt communicating.

okay is there anything in the event log app or panel via working keypad?

looks like the keypad is not communication on the bus/ network so i would at tracing that back, you could remove the keypad and put in on a fresh piece of cable direct that should highlight an issue with a cable, I am tied up now so may be a while before I can reply back

Hi

I have checked the cables and found some loose wires on the com port which I have re-wired but still getting same message please wait…

I have attached what faults are on the app

do you have a multimeter and or battery tester?

what power is getting to the keypad and have you tried the keypad on a short piece of cable directly to the main panel?

Unfortunately I don’t have a multimeter

I undone the screw on the bottom but was unsure how to dismantle the front cover

Once I dismantle it, I will check it in the main house and if it powers up then there may be a fault with the outbuilding board
