Risk of drain-off leaking

Just doing some plumbing in kitchen in preparation for kitchen fitters tomorrow. I was going to fit drain offs on H & W because this will be the lowest part of the system.

But there are already drain offs which are just a little bit higher elsewhere in the house.

The ones in the kitchen would be in an accessible position, but only with difficulty. Mounted on the wall right at the bottom, behind units. In other words you would need to take the plinth off and and have longish arms to get at them.

As I figure it the only water that would be 'trapped' and which could only be drained off using these would be about 2 meters of 15mm pipe, twice.

The most likely thing I would need to do would be change taps or dishwasher feed, both of which would be at a higher level. Anything at a lower level would probably only be in the event of a complete kitchen refit, which isn't happening in my lifetime.

So, as I think I'm unlikely to actually use these drain offs, am I actually increasing the risk of a leak/burst?

The drain offs will be brass into Hep2O Ts.

Thanks
