Most oil boilers use only a small number of burner manufacturers
therefore most of the parts are common between makes.
You'll see a riello burner on a trianco, worcester bosch, grant etc etc
The only bit the oil boiler manufacturer is really making is the heat exchanger.

A 2 minute search on the internet soon showed up.
Looks like an american boiler.

ROCA are a Spanish company making oil & Gas boilers
in the UK they used to be marketed by MHS (Basildon) under the Regency brand, however MHS are now part of the Man B&W/Elco group s I don't think they import ROCA boilers in IUUK any more
However you have to find the importer for France!!
