I need some help with the above product and specifically identifying it as flexi slab rather than RW Slab. To cut a long story short, we ordered some of the flexi slab and the packs that arrived are correctly labelled as flexi slab. However on opening the packs neither my builder or I can tell the difference between the normal RW slab and the flexi which has been delivered. One edge is supposed to be flexible but both edges appear exactly the same. We have contacted Rockwool direct who have been less than helpful. However we were told there should be an identifying mark on the edge which is flexible. There is absolutely no markings on either side of our slabs.
I'm trying to ascertain if this has somehow been mislabelled and what we have is standard RW slab and not flexi. Can anybody who has used this confirm if the slabs themselves have any identifying marks to indicate which side is supposed to be flexible? If anyone has a photo of a flexi slab it would also be much appreciated so I can compare with what I have.
