Rolling Raised Planter Bed

Hello all,

This is my first time posting so I hope I found the right spot. I'm trying to build a rolling raised planter bed to grow a pumpkin in.

Dimensions...
108" long
34" wide
18" (+casters) tall

Materials/Design...
See attached drawing.

Questions...
1) Will the ~800lbs load of the soil break it (what about if it's moving too)?
2) Will I be able to roll it on bumpy concrete?
3) Would adding a 300lbs pumpkin to the load break it?

If anyone ever finds this thread and is interested. Here's what my project turned out like. And so far full of ~16 1.5cu ft bags of soil drenched it hasn't had any issues.
