roof labour costs

looking for latest labour costs for slating in scotland with 14x8 welsh slate per metre square,lineal valley, eave, verge etc. thanks

You're not going to get much of a response on this one, not supposed to ask for costs etc.

However...

I had a rear elevation done in Burlington Blue slate (new), which involved stripping old slates, replacing any damaged boards, new flashing fitting membrane, rendering part of the chimney. See this post:

Ended up costing about £2 under £5k. In my personal opinion it was well worth it. I can also give you the details of the roofers if you're not too far from the Stirling area. They were very good.
