Roof pitch issue

yet again I am in need of advise...I have my frame in and made my door smaller but I am up to max I think for roof pitch for concrete tiles and I need to put a 2.5 stone lintel on top of door top frame which will mean another small row of stone making roof pitch to shallow.
Middle roof height is now at 102 inches and fall to stone is 80 so 22 inch slope. I think this is too shallow a drop? so maybe I need to raise the middle 4 inches? or have no lintel above the outside door frame?

9 feet length, pic attached of the other side to show tiles, concrete tiles I believe.

not sure on your circumstances or restrictrions but looks like your ridge is already set from the first picture.

could you dow something like this to get a greater fall?

may not be possible but its a thought

I think I need to use acros and raise the middle up 4 inches.
