Want to reinforce the waterproofing on a roof terrace which currently has an asphalt coat probably 20 years old. Some of the flat is under this terrace (bedroom & bathroom).
I just would like to do something easy and cheap to reinvigorate the waterproofing as I'm planning to bring in some breathable (polypropylene) planting bags to create a small garden on the terrace.
I see there are a number of liquids that can be applied as paint on top of the asphalt but not sure how to choose. Any recommendations? Do they actually work?
