hi, can anyone tell me if the lead valley where the new extension roof lays onto the existing roof should be visible or should the roof tiles lay right over onto the old roof to create a seamless join. my new roof has a visible valley which im not sure looks right. i do have some pics but not sure how to upload them .any advice gratefully received, thanks.

I think you should see the valley (also makes cleaning it easier)
