Roof Window - Loose Glass Pane - Internal Repair

I did the yearly test to see if the old attic window still opens and noticed the left pane is loose on three sides on it's metal frame. The attached side being against the metal center. I'm not easily going to have access to the outside of it, but what can I do from the inside to secure it? Would sealant provide the strength to hold it in place as I'm unsure that it would?
