room stat with DIL switches

A few weeks ago I read about a room stat which appears to be partially programmable as it had a bank of I think four DIL switches inside the case on the upper right. As far as I remember the switches could be set to periodically run the boiler between the times of the temperature sensor going open cct when room had reached temperatureand then closing again, in an attempt to keep an even temperature. The outward appearance of the stat was similiar to a Honeywell T6360B
Does anyone recognise it please
