can't see anything unpleasant in there, just a bit of wet rot on the ends.
can you just support them from underneath (is it solid enough) if the sub floor is damp use a bit of DPM
cut the ends off, remove whats left in the wall, and some DPM between the wall and the ends of the joists
preserve any air movement underneath, keep air circulating

Hi mate most the ends are shot its quite solid floor under the joist so would you suggest just putting legs on each joist ?

Get a 4x4 fence post to make legs, notch the the tops so the weight is directly on top of it.
Sit them on a square of dpc or polythene, with a broken bit of slate, floor tile or paving slab underneath.
Also fix a continuous timber to the underside so that they are joined to each other.

The other way would be to bolt a timber into the brickwork to support the ends.

Get some preservative on them too, one that mentions dry and wet rot on the tin.
