roughcasting (Harling)

Hi all need some help with roughcasting i have a crack in the roughcasting about 18" long need some help on how to repair this. just had double glazing fitted and it was not there before it they started fiting them but fitter say it was not them and will not fix it hope someone can help with this problem.
