Hi all, looking for some pointers please, I'm new to the forum, but find it very useful reading.

I've just got my extension wind and water tight (5m x 9m single story)
There's no window, but 2 large doors on one wall.all is concrete block work (heavy block)

The spec is to have the outside walls covered with roughcast, and I would like some advise on what I should be checking / asking people quoting for the job,as from what I've learned from this forum, is there's always a "it will do way" and the right way.

So questions are, what is the correct process, ie how many and what type of coats to be applied, time between, and lowest temprature job can be done.

Also any advise re using a coloured roughcast as will save on painting.
I believe the roughcast is also known as wet dash?

If anyone can give me approx per sqm cost too would be great.

Any advise will be much appreciated
