Round Concrete Inspection Chamber Lid - where to get one?

Hi folks

I'm looking for a replacement one of these but can't even find an image of one online, let alone one to buy.

Am I looking in the wrong places and/or using the wrong search terms? Or are they hard to come buy?

The inner diameter of the plastic ring the lid sits in is 343mm.

Any tips on where I might be able to buy one would be great. If not, what would be the best option to use? It's on a driveway so needs to be able to stand up to that...
