Round Toilet Seat - Source?

Whilst I can find many sources for 'standard' sized toilet seats I'm struggling to find anyone who can supply a round one.

Dimensions of ceramic pan are:
Between bolt holes: 14.8cm
Length (from centre of bolt holes): 41cm
Width: 39cm

Any suggestions/recommendations gratefully received!

Is it a really old pan

if so get a carpenter
