I need a worktop with a radiused corner wher it will be close to a doorway..
obviously I can get this with a custom made worktop and such but this would be expensive..

the other option is to get a cheap worktop from B&Q and cut the corner myself and edge band it... ( shudder ) ..

does anyone know of a cheapish worktop company that has pre-made worktops with corners that are bullnosed..?

You can achieve this with a square-edged chipboard worktop, provided you're confident of cutting a smooth curve with a router and trimming the laminate glued onto the exposed edge afterwards. There will still be a visible join on the front edge. A post-formed worktop edge wouldn't work for you.

Why not consider a solid wood worktop? You can cut and shape the edge easily and achieve a good-looking result.

I found that B&Q actually do a rounded corner cheap worktop, but only in 3 colours, all shades of black...
