Running cold/hot feeds and waste pipes in stud walls

Hi,

We are having our whole house renovated and the builders have got on alot quicker than expected. So quick in fact that they say the plastering could start next week.

The snag is I thought they would take longer and have only just ordered our bathroom suites (for a main bathroom, an ensuite, a shower room and cloakroom) and they won't arrive for 2-4 weeks.

For them to do the plastering they need the hot and cold feeds and waste pipes running in the relevant studs so they can finish plasterboarding over those areas. The hot and cold feeds would just need leaving and not connecting - the team doing the central heating and the water supply can then connect their feeds to the ones left by the plumber.

Is it advisable to get a plumber in to run the waste and hot and cold feeds down the studs without having the bath suites to hand? I'm just wary that if, for example, the wall hung basin isn't there they won't know exactly where to run the waste to etc. They'll know the rough position but is that accurate enough?

Also, if you were the plumber would you be willing to do this or is it too open ended?
