Hi,
We are putting a shower against a non-external wall and we would like the shower's waste pipe to be non-obtrusive.
We were wondering if you could hide the waste pipe in the stud (the floor joists run the opposite way to what we need so we can't run them under the floor). If we have a 750mm non load bearing stud partition and the waste pipe is 400mm could we cut noggins out of the stud and run the waste pipe out that way. That means the stud wall is resting on 350 mm. Will this suffice?
If not what would the minimum stud dimensions have to be?
Also is it possible to run two showers and a sink into the same waste pipe (the ensuite and main bathroom shower wil be next to one another)?
