Russell Hobbs RHM2574 25L Stainless Steel Combination Microwave - Microwave part not working!!

Guys,

I have this Russell Hobbs RHM2574 25L for last 1.5 years, was told its a 'high-end' which even not lasted for 1.5 years now!!!!

- Convection and Grill options are working perfectly, but Microwave Oven is not..
- Bottom plat is not rotating (even when Grill is working)
- When Microwave Oven option is selected, inside light turns on and I can hear sound as well - But Microwave Oven is heating items also plate is not rotating.

Any tips to check/fix..??

Should have gone for Tesco's value item !!!!
