Rust on radiator

I have just noticed that there is some rust on the outside of one of the radiators downstairs. The rust is located on the very bottom of the radiator.

The house is only 2 years old and has a combi boiler. Is this something I need to worry about, or can I fix it up somehow?

cheap option=scrape off rust,dont go mad.prime and paint.

expensive option=change rads.

bathroom and kitchen rads usually rust first.at bottom seam.

radiators usually rust at bottom seam if paint is scratched off during installation.on rough floors in transit,etc etc
