have a problem with a 4yr old sabre 35he .hot water was taking longer and longer to come through to taps ,now its not getting warm at all .heating is working fine ian

update now the heating isnt working. fires up for about 30secs ,then goes back to intial ignition stage ,fan running but no spark .im thinking the venturi may need cleaning?

well not what thinking you will need an rgi to do job

I expect more than 1 problem, you need a breakdown specialist RGI; this is not a diy job.
