heating and water working fine but leaking from inside boiler and pressure keeps going low - had a look and leak seems to be coming from black plastic part at side of boiler ? can anyone help with how to fix . thx in advance

Have you got the MIs for the appliance mate? It's a re-badged Vokera.
got manual and there is a black plastic cap at side of the pump held on by a clip and thats were the water seems to be coming from ???? can anyone plz try and help thanks

Why not highlight in the manual where it's leaking & go into Heatspares in Govan. Show it to the staff there & I think they'll help you out. I think it sounds like an 'O' ring. They should be able to supply any parts you need.
