Sadolin Query

I have been using Sadolin Superdec White Gloss (water borne) for many years to paint my soffits and found it to be absolutely first class.
They are now ready to be repainted but I have heard a "whisper" that this product is "not what it used to be".
Does anyone have any knowledge if this is correct and, if so, can a a suitable replacement be recommended ?

A water based paint will never be as effective as an oil based one, especially outside. But it’s good to hear there are some non plastic soffits around still.
