Hi, I have recently purchased a house. The upstairs window I understand is against regulations as it is not large enough to get out of in the event of a fire.
Would appreciate your thoughts on what the best way around this would be? Is there a way the fixed upvc window could be converted to a window that opens? How much would this job cost?
