salus RT500

Hi
I want to replace my old stat so bought an RT500 which is compatible with my boiler,
I have 3 cables going to the old stat, Blue into Neutral, yellow into live, and red into 3.
My new stat has 3 terminals, Live, Switched live, and earth. the diagram on the unit shows
L to L
N to RL to SL
I'm not sure but would I put the Blue to the SL terminal, Yellow to L but no idea with the red!!!
any advice

I assume this is a battery operated unit?

In this case do not use the blue (neutral), make safe and tuck into unit.

Just use the red (incoming live) and the yellow (switched live back to boiler or wiring center)
