Samsung dishwasher, 5 years old. I have a 4C error. Engineer came out, charged £108 to say it is going to cost £250 to replace the pipe.
Water is coming through the pipe. There are no kinks. Water pressure is fine. Is it really the pipe (£121 part) or the solenoid valve (cheaper part)? Also they said they also replace the TCB, is that necessary? The cherry on the cake is they said it's not a "viable repair". Please could you advise what I should do? Any further investigations to confirm if it's the pipe or the valve?
