Hi, I have a Samsung RL38SCTB fridge freezer, frost free.
Just lately ice has been forming at the bottom of the freezer compartment and small amounts of water leak out onto the floor. I can't find a drainage pipe to see if that is blocked, and the user manual makes no reference to it. Tried ringing Samsung but couldn't understand or get any advice from that route.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this, or if there is a drainage pipe? If so where would it be located?
So far I have had the drawers out, couldn't see anything that could cause it, and it was pulled out last week but I couldn't see anything like a drainage pipe there either.
