hi all

i have problem with a Samsung NoFrost Cool N' Cool Freezer and fridge. I will try to explain as best i can.

the fridge part is not cooling and the freezer is storing ice - i have switched off the fridge defrosted - but again the fridge does not cool and the freezer seams to be storing ice.

is this an easy fix or will i need to get an expert out or.. (gulp) a new fridge freezer as this one is around 9/10 years old
