Hello, we have a saniflo/sanitop toilet.
It is 12 months old, it sporadically leaks through where the carbon filter is on the top of the unit.

We have used descaler and changed the filter last week, but it still leaks, any ideas/help appreciated

The water level should never reach the top of the unit, so it would appear that there is a problem wth the float switch. Switch off the unit & pour a bottle of bleach down the toilet & let it soak overnight to clean the box out then flush a couple of times next day.
