We've caught a break painting our house that we actually like magnolia (which we didn't expect) and obviously it's cheaper and easier to get.
But in B&Q right now they have it on what seems a price too good to be true:

I couldn't believe my eyes seeing the total price come in at just £280, it's double that from Dulux and I'm struggling to even find it for £40/10L elsewhere, let alone £40 3 for 2. Many places I see the 7.5L ones for £35 or so.

I'm not missing something am I, this is the proper stuff?

That paint is 'masonary paint' for painting bricks (masonary) on the outside of your house.
It is not suitable for painting the plasterboard wall inside the house for which you want emusion paint. >> https://www.diy.com/search?term=Magnolia+paint
What surface are you wanting to paint?

This cream smooth masonry paint is formulated with a unique high performance acrylic resin that provides total protection against all types of extreme weather conditions. Its micro-porous breathable paint film allows moisture and air to be released whilst preventing rain from damaging walls protecting your home for longer.

Yes I know what masonry paint is... But this seems very cheap indeed for Dulux Trade Weathershield, I struggle to find the non-trade version this cheap. Normally the 7.5L is by far the cheapest, to get the 10L at £27 a tub inc VAT... wanted to check it wasn't too good to be true :)

I fear it is too good to be true becuase there is no stock at my local outlets and for delivery.

You might well be right. They show some in my local stores but B&Q are (in my experience) notoriously bad at stock levels. I think I'll try and buy and see...

Looks like I lucked out... I needed 100L and my local store showed 10 in stock. All the others only had a couple. It let me pay to collect but still I was pretty surprised to turn up and find it waiting for me. Even the staff thought it was a crazy price... I think it's near its sell by date on clearance perhaps.

Well done. I was worried you would arrive and there would only be 2.
