Santon Premier Plus Unvented - No hot water coming out

Hi,

Really hope you can help me!! I have a 170 litre Santon Prem Plus Unvented Water Heater and I have no hot water!! I have had the top element replaced but still no hot water which is a problem!! A big problem.

Any suggestions on what the issue may be here and what may need replacing or changing to get the hot water back on. The system is only around 4 years old.

Any suggestions on what the problem could be here. I know I will have to get someone out, but I don't want my eyes taken out especially as I am not working at present.

I would really appreciate any help/comments.

Have you checked the basics, the fuse/mcb at the main consumer unit?

It probably has it's own own there and the bottom element will be on the E7 board.

Have you checked for 240VAC at the immersion switch on the wall, or just assumed it is the element?

Gas I have checked the immersion switch and checked the MCB.

I will double check everything again, and get back.
