Santon Unvented Water Cylinder (noises)

Installed by a plumber 8 months ago.

We seem to have a noise that comes from the pipe leading out of the cylinder when we turn the taps on. It is intermittent which is confusing us even more.

The noise lasts for no more than 5 seconds but it is LOUD. It sounds like a very heavy table being dragged along a floor.

Any ideas suggestions would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

I have the same problem, did you ever find out what the cause was?

Sounds like vibration from a tap seat/jumper causing the pipework to vibrate
