We are in a rented property and the cover on the thermostat has cracked, we are after a replacement can anyone help with where to get one non of our local plumbers can help? or if not where what would be an easy replacement?

Just change it for a standard honeywell stat at about £12 or the honeywell dt200 digital stat at around £20.
just make a note of wires as you remove the old stat

It is not a hot air one, but thanks for trying to help.Just tried our local plumbers and they only have square thermostats and I am after an oblong one, so I will try somewhere else on Monday.
