Hi Guys, new here looking for some advise please.

Ok, overflow starts when the boiler gets to about 2.5, i believe its a 3bar safety valve. i have used a foot pump on the vessel at 14psi and still it overflowing, any ideas will be much appreciated thank you.

oh and im sure your aware these boilers are not the best !

You MUST follow the instructions in the FAQ about repressurising and only to about 11 psi ( 0.9 Bar ) and then fill with water to 1.5 Bar.

Cold pressure is showing 1.1

EV clearly not working.
Reduce system pressure to below 0.5, measure ev charge and check for water in dry part of ev.

The flexible hose connecting the expansion vessel loves to block on these.
To clear, it remove it and use a wire coat hanger.
