Saunier Duval Groaning

I have a Saunier Duval Thema F 23E which is 2 years old.

About every 20 minutes, the boiler starts to make a groaning noise, which stops as soon as I turn any hot tap in the flat on. When I turn the tap off, the noise doesn't come back for about another 20 minutes. The pressure is normal.

Any ideas?
