I want to make a bench top stop for my cross cut saw and have devised a way to do it but need a 1 metre length of uni strut. Where's the best place to get it without paying a fortune?

Have the usual sheds, B&Q, Homebase, Screwfix, Toolstation etc or would a builders merchants be a better option?
