What’s people say experience using SBR on Brick /Blockwork and render, as a final sealer ?
My mate wants to seal things , so that blocks look better, clean off easier .
Will it stand up to weather & time ?
Or what other product is there

SBR is normally for enhancing the bond for mortar or as an accelerator and waterproofer for mortar mixes.
You can get proper water repellent sealers for brickwork etc, so unless you have a big supply of free SBR I wouldn't bother going off label.

What’s the score diluting SBR? Cos as we know it’s pretty Strong stuff

@John D v2.0 Thanks for your advice. I got the jist from your comment that the advice comes from experience for sure.
I’m mentioning this, simply cos normally I spend endless time, trawling through the Web, only to get absolutely know where.
Cheers
Also, shout out to @Wayners
