HI all, my parents are looking to buy a house where the owners have put the scratch coat on already for render but have not done the rendering. Will this cost much to remove and will it be simple to do - i.e sand blast/SDS etc.
Would it cost much to have the final coat completed seeing as the majority of the prelim work is done.
Would it be easy to tell if there are any underlying issues that they have tried to cover up without removal of it all thus far?
Its a semi, 3 bed, 2 story if that helps
any advice would be greatly appreciated.
