In spite of being as careful as possible and never using the rough side of a sponge pad, I have still managed to get scratches on my dual fuel electric hob. There must be loads of people with this problem - has anyone found a way to diminish the scratches ? I will NEVER buy a stainless steel appliance again if I can avoid it - they always look scruffy unless you spend your life cleaning and polishing off the fingerprints !
