Screed quotes

I've been quoted £2100 to lay celotex and membrane (supplied by us) and 75mm screed supplied by company over 45m2.

Any rough idea what I should be paying per m2 on 75mm screed plus labour over block n beam floor?

I'm so fed up with such wild quotes from every trade.

Is this quote liquid screed or conventional?

I think I paid around £900 for liquid screed to be laid (including screed) 30m² it would have been cheaper conventional, but not as good in my opinion, and certainly not as quick.

I laid my own insulation, this could be done in a day and membrane on top.

I just this week paid £3300 for 65m laid to 65mm. It included fibres, and a flow-crete additive, as there is underfloor heating pipes.
This was excluding VAT as we don't pay that in Jersey. However, all sand and cement is imported, so the costs may be higher here.

Took 2 experienced guys with a pump 2.5hrs.

I laid all the insulation and DPM in a day.
