I am about to decorate my new extension. Can some one tell me what is normally used to screen the windows. My neighbour keeps peeping through my new window. Builders use white stuff on the windows. I believe it comes off quite easily. What is this stuff. I am sure its not water based emulsion. Please help. Thanks in advance.
