screws to be used for fixing cistern to the wall

Hello all, I to fix a new cistern to the wall and I am not sure the 2 screws that are supposed to hold it on the wall should be zinc plated or brass ones? Which one is best to avoid rust?

Please suggest the same for fixing the pan on the floor as well. There is 1 downstairs pan going into tiles (on concrete floor) and upstairs pan going on vinyl floor (on timber).
